One featured presentation each week. The job rotates through the team.
Time to work on your own project and get a second opinion from the others in the room.

What you make

Everyone produces the same set of things, whichever direction they take:

A project charter, which is one page saying what you will do and why.
A plan of attack with milestones.
Regular check-ins.
A running lab notebook.
A featured lab presentation.
A final product.
A public showcase.
A reflection.

There are no grades. You get written feedback against a shared rubric.
